Carmel, IN -  Carmel City Center has a lineup of new businesses coming this summer. Along with The Cake Bake Shop opening this fall, Carmel City Center will welcome Oliver’s Twist, Be.You.Tiful Nails and Addendum Gallery will move from their current location in Carmel City Center to a larger space in the new Baldwin & Chambers Building.

Oliver’s Twist, a paper and gift store, is relocating to the Baldwin & Chambers Building in Carmel City Center this summer. Whether you’re planning your wedding, a special occasion, shopping for a unique gift or shopping for your yourself, Oliver’s Twist offers a wide range of made in America items including greeting cards, boxed stationery, journals, wrapping paper and much more.

“I love the community feel of Carmel City Center and think Oliver’s Twist will be a great addition to the current merchants,” said owner, Kristyn Davidson. Oliver’s Twist will bring their exclusive line of letterpress wedding invitations, Bella Figura, along with Linnea’s Lights and Rifle Paper Co. among others. Hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Be.You.Tiful Nails will join current merchants, Endeavor Boutique, Graeter’s Ice Cream and the SEP Product Design Studio in the Nash Building along Range Line Road this summer. A full service nail salon geared towards customer service and providing clients with a friendly, relaxed environment to escape and be pampered will have eight manicure stations and eight pedicure stations with a variety of menu options to choose from. Services include manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, dipping powder nails and eyebrow waxing. Be.You.Tiful Nails will offer polish brands, OPI, Essie, DND and SNS Dipping Powder. Hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Addendum Gallery, Indiana’s premier home and lifestyle store, is doubling their square footage and expanding into a larger space in the new Baldwin & Chambers Building this summer. Entering their 15th year in Carmel, Addendum is proud to be the only MacKenzie-Childs retailer in Indiana and the first Michael Aram Fine Jewelry retailer. In addition to the current offerings, the new location of Addendum will bring with it more space for many more home collections including AERIN, Georg Jensen, celebrity favorite Dean Davidson Jewelry, Annie Glass, Baobob candles and the first Indiana shop-in-shop from Uno de 50 Jewelry.

Carmel City Center is located at the southwest corner of City Center Drive and Range Line Road. Surface parking is available on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive), in the underground garage (accessible from Range Line Road as well as City Center Drive) and in the Veterans Way garage.

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010. The penthouse condominiums are 93 percent committed. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space as well as a boutique hotel.


Carmel City Center is the location for The Center for the Performing Arts, which includes a 1,600 seat world-class concert hall named “The Palladium,” a 500-seat theater named “The Tarkington” and a 200-seat black box theater. The Center Green in Carmel City Center is also the home of the Carmel Farmers Market. This pedestrian-based master plan development is located at the southwest corner of Range Line Road and City Center Drive (126th Street). The Monon Greenway runs directly through the project. Carmel City Center was developed as a public/private partnership between the City of Carmel, Pedcor City Center Development Company and numerous developers.


About The Nash


The Nash, a three-story, $10 million mixed-use building, is just south of Phase I of City Center on the west side of Range Line Road. It contains 30 one, two and three bedroom apartments on the second and third floors and 8,000 square feet of commercial space at street level.

About The Baldwin & Chambers Buildings


The Baldwin & Chambers buildings, a four-story, mixed-use building, is just south of Phase I of Carmel City Center and north of The Nash on the west side of Range Line Road. It will contain 26 studio, one and two bedroom apartments on the third and fourth floors and 31,000 square feet of commercial space on street and plaza level. The Cake Bake Shop plans to open in fall 2018. Addendum Gallery and Oliver’s Twist plans to open in summer 2018. Pedcor is in various stages of lease negotiations with restaurant, retail and service concepts.
