    City Engineer Jeremy Kashman named Indiana’s top Public Works Leader by APWA

    Carmel City Engineer Jeremy Kashman has been selected the APWA-Indiana Chapter Public Works Leader of the Year for 2017 by the American Public Works Association. Kashman was presented with the award today at the APWA’s annual golf outing and meeting at Eagle Creek in Indianapolis.
