2017 Arts Grant Program 

As a 2016 City of Carmel arts grant recipient, We wanted to let you know the city is now accepting applications for the 2017 Arts Grant Program. Interested applicants should complete the attached 2017 Arts Grant Program Agreement, leaving the dollar amount blank in paragraph #2 on the first page, have the Agreement signed by an authorized representative and include the requested exhibits (“A” through “G”) with the submission.

Please fill in the application amount on Exhibit “A”.

The deadline for the initial round of applications is Friday, December 2, 2016.

NOTE: All applications must also include a copy of the organization’s most recent, available IRS Form 990 and a signed and notarized Affidavit (attached) identifying the total income of the organization for either FYE2016 OR CYE2015.

Exhibit “A” (Application), see link below.

NOTE: Leave the dollar amount blank on the first page (paragraph 2) of the Agreement.
