Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Redevelopment Commission will meet in Executive Session on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, 5:30 p.m., in the Caucus Room, Second Floor, Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, which Executive Session may be reconvened in the same location following the January 18, 2012, 6:30 p.m., public meeting of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission. The purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss pending litigation in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); and/or to discuss the purchase or lease of real property in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D); and/or to receive information about and interview prospective employees in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(5).
