The Audit Committee, established by Ordinance No. D-2342-16, was amended by Ordinance D-2633-22 on August 15, 2022. The City’s purpose for creating the independent committee was to recommend an independent auditor as well as receive comments and reports regarding City activities during and at the conclusion of the audit.
The Committee consists of five members; three appointed by the Common Council and two appointed by the Mayor.
