There are many ways to access documents, video recordings, renderings and other materials for anyone who may want to gather information about upcoming, current or former projects and initiatives going on in the City.

Directions:
  Type in "99" on your AT&T U-verse remote control.
 Go to the Local Government, Education, and Public Access Channel.
  When you get to the blue screen that says "Government, Education, and Public TV",
select "OK" on your remote.
  When you get to the list of local cities, scroll down or up, and then chose Carmel,
then select "OK".
  Scroll down to the smaller box that has the city name, and then select "OK".

  To reverse what you have done just keep hitting the "Back" button.
