The Home Place Advisory Board was created as a result of the annexation of Home Place (Ordinance No. C-264) on November 15, 2004. The Board will advise the City of Carmel should excess money remain in a special property tax fund designated to be invested in the Home Place area.

This Board consists of seven voluntary positions appointed by the Mayor (2), Hamilton County Commissioners (2), Clay Township Trustee (1), Hamilton County Council (1) and the City of Carmel Engineering Department (1).


2024 Meetings:

October 24 - This meeting will take place in person at City Hall and will be broadcast live on the City’s website and local access television.
