Notice is hereby given that the
Carmel Redevelopment Commission Finance Committee will meet in Executive Session
on
Wednesday, December 12, 2012,
7:30 a.m.., in the Carmel Redevelopment Commission Conference Room, Second
Floor, 30 W. Main Street, Suite 220, Carmel, IN 46032, which Executive Session
may be reconvened in the same location following the Wednesday, December 12,
2012, 8:30 a.m., public meeting of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission Finance
Committee. The purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss pending litigation
in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); and/or to discuss the purchase or
lease of real property in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D); and/or to
receive information about and interview prospective employees in accordance with
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(5).
