given that the Carmel City Center Community Development Corporation will meet on
Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at 8 a.m. in the Carmel Redevelopment Commission
Conference Room, second floor, Evan Lurie Gallery Building, 30 W. Main Street,
Suite 200, which Executive Session may be reconvened in the same location
following the April 9, 2013, 8:15 a.m., public meeting of the Carmel City Center
Community Development Corporation. The purpose of the Executive Session is to
discuss pending litigation in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); and/or
to discuss the purchase or lease of real property in accordance with IC
5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D); and/or to receive information about and interview
prospective employees in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1
(b)(5).
