Shelley Coover is the Assistant Director of Human Resources for Carmel Clay Schools. She was graduated from Indiana University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and from Butler University in 1997 with master’s degree in Education Administration. She received a Certification in Human Resources from IUPUI in 2010. Shelley is an educational leader with over 20 years of experience in the areas of building administration, special education, technology, and professional development.
