Specific Response Registry
The Specific Response Registry is a voluntary registry that is designed to provide advanced notice to emergency response personnel (including, but not limited to, Carmel Fire Department, Carmel Police Department, and Hamilton County Public Safety Communications (9-1-1 dispatch)) of a Resident that may have difficulty leaving a residence quickly in the event of an emergency or that may require a specific response from emergency response personnel.

Sidewalk Repair Grant
The Carmel Common Council recently approved Ordinance No. D-2559-20 in order to establish a sidewalk repair grant for the citizens of Carmel.
The grant procedure, eligibility, and use of funds may all be found within the Sidewalk Repair Grant Application.

The Advisory Committee on Disability was established through Ordinance No. D-2508-19 on December 16, 2019, for the purpose of fostering a culture of inclusivity within the City of Carmel.
